In my last post, Emily was ten months old! Well.... She's a little over two years old now, think it's time for a new update :)
Emily is a sweet, funny, smart, and beautiful little girl. She knows her ABC's, can count to 12, knows shapes and colors. We have some interesting conversations, her imagination is wonderful. She spends her days coloring, cooking in her play kitchen, playing with duplo blocks and watching her favorite shows. Dora, Mickey Mouse, Dragon Tales and Curious George are watched on a daily basis. She loves books and just started "reading" to herself. It's cute and a big step toward learning to read.
Preschool started last week. It is great, she loves going. This week she is sick and has to be home, she has asked a few times when she gets to go back. What I love most about preschool is I get time for myself and Emily gets to spend time with other kids. Something we both need :)
